Well - she gets to drive it to work - I get to modify and play with it on weekends!

Nice - One question though... why have you got a reg plate plinth and then a tiny aussie reg plate in the middle of it?

First impressions - it's a very nice ride... around town, it's a very refined automobile - lots of room for 5 kids - so much more leg room in all 3 rows - and does that TDV6 go!!!!!!!

But yes - didn't buy it to be a nice town car - so can't wait to get it off road in a couple of weeks - and to start accessorising with bull bar/lights/winch, rear wheel carrier and some off-road rubber.

I will miss my lifted, locked, etc etc Disco 2, but I'm thinking I'll cope

ps. re the plinth - yes - I think they all come like that, and the dealer just pops the Aussie plates on top... I wasn't given the option with mine, and with the nice holes drilled in the bumper, there wasn't a lot I could do. Dave
