I will, thanks. When I asked about "Off" road cover the girl said yes. I must admit I assumed it really meant Off Road as Green Lanes (Byeways) are actually roads I thought.
I will check tomorrow
Thanks Duncan

I'd highly advise anyone that supposedly has off road cover to get the details in writing, it may well not be the cover you think it is The End

More than likely your location mate. I had no such issues with NFU and I am covered for any off road use as long as its not competitive.
Guess it pays to live in the sticks sometimes

Sorted!
Landrover insurance has given me cover for £750 which is over £100 less than my quote from Tesco's. Off road cover IS included and, though it's not mandatory, I've decided to fit the Landrover 'Watch' tracker system anyway as it's worth a bit of discount and is probably why it's so relatively cheap for 50 grand's worth of desirable metal.
Thanks to those who suggested LR insurance.
Interestingly though, they don't seem to have a D3 TDV6 HSE listed on their database so they've found another, similar description (can't remember what but it sounded similar). Just hope I'm insured!

Does NFU cover off road as standard, or do you have to request it?
Is it fully comp for off road? D4 XS MY12 Galway
