CD player sometimes pauses, sometimes doesn't |
|
Anyone know why the CD player sometimes carries on running even when you switch to the radio or AUX? Sometimes the CD's keep changing even when I'm listening to the radio all day.
Funny thing is though, occasionally, the CD player pauses when I switch away from it, and I return to find it exactly where I left it. I don't know what the criteria is that determins which one happens. Must be something to do with the rear passenger controls, but I can't seem to work out what. Thanks for the reply Slimer. I have searched the site both before and after this post and have only found one other ost regarding this, but no solution or explanation.
Can you pont me in the right direction? Oh, and trying not to sound thick, what is ISTR? I know it will be something obvious, and I will say "d'oh" soon after you tell me. D3 TDV6 HSE 2008 Buckingham Blue (current)

Thanks again Slimer. Do you know if the TSB Mod is free from the dealer (like a recall) or am I likely to have to pay for it to be done? D3 TDV6 HSE 2008 Buckingham Blue (current)

If you're in warranty I'd expect it to be free, if you've got a reasonable dealer they might do it for nothing (or discounted) anyway The End

Hmm. Not in Warranty! Dealer is crap, and I suppose it has to be the dealer, and my indepedent won't be able to do it with his autologic kit? D3 TDV6 HSE 2008 Buckingham Blue (current)
