Change Pollen Filter

Hi can anyone tell me how to change the pollen filter on my 2005 disco 3.

Thanks for all your help. Heater now blows hotter than a hot thing. Filter was very dirty have removed it for the moment, but blower now works a treat car heats up lovely.

might pay to try and clean it and reinstall it until you get a replacement or put the new one in if you have it just for an extra bit of protection.

Thanks D3matt but mine was definately very dirty car would not heat up on full fan and full heat, hands were filthy just from removing it, -4c outside at mo really need a good heater got new filter on order now will fit it when i recieve it.
