I saw that in Costco last time I went in. Do you think it would cope with a few trips to Otterspool during a house clearance? I've got a rubber boot mat but it's the sides that seem to get the most damage. As you slide down the banister of life

Holding up fine but not gave it a good test yet. But it is billed as flooring so hoping to stands the test of time. At that price though worth a punt.

Know what you mean about the sides. Made a few tip trips in the D3 suppose that's one of the trade off's for having such a versatile motor. Not sure there would be enough to line the sides with but if you already have a liner you should be fine just using this for the sides.

At that price would it not be worth buying a second one, and layering them in such a way to create sides?

I just checked and unfortunately my local Costco in New York doesn't stock it! Shame.

IMHO the best cheapo solution is mine - 4ft square of butyl (pond liner) - £20ish AFAICR - guaranteed to be waterproof, flops about 4" up the sides and folds down to nothing when I need the rear seats.
This picture taken in 2006 in my last D3 - 5 years later not a dent in it whatsoever
Oh and which Otterspool is this? The one at the bottom of our hill isn't too strenuous... Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
Oh... things that are unmentionable go on at Otterspool.
(There is also a council recycling centre there... posh for tip)As you slide down the banister of life
