From any of the site sponsors!
Have you got the 3ltr or the 2.7ltr?
I got mine for a 2.7ltr from BAS http://www.bellautoservices.co.uk/
You can swap back to standard when you get your car serviced.
Does it affect warranty? maybe if they find out!
He does a Re Map of your existing CPU file, no turbo lag (D3) more power, a little better fuel economy.

d4 3.0l not remappable yet - still on its way. only tuning box solutions available which are not recommended.

I have mapped the new 3.0L TDV6 and im finalising some tests i have to do then it will be available for public to buy from me.

As said by dick dastardly, the only public soloution available at the moment is a tuning/plugin box which is not recommended unless its the only option ever available.

Regarding your warrnaty, ALL modifications to your can have the risk of a void warranty situation.

Pete

Pete,

Will we still be able to use our existing interface boxes with your new maps, or will they need to be upgraded too?

Cheers,

Gordon

If the ecu is remapped for more performance then has to go back to the dealers where they overwrite it to update or solve software problems, if once the Disco comes back and has the performance remap reloaded, I can see how that works.

However the remap box will have two mapping programs on it, the performance one and the old one before updates. In fact the performance remap must have the same old software problems as well.

Hope you can follow this long winded question, I just about can and I typed it.

Geo.

Have been given details of a company remapping D4's in Somerset - my friend reckons he's getting 35mpg now, but I'm such an old woman when it comes to worrying about the warranty implications I doubt I'll do it. (in fact, I still wont have my 2004 Ranger done either 'just in case').
