Personally I like a SCOTSMAN running England. Bit ironic really Mr. Green

But I am sure we can find a better Scot to do the job

He's apologised for the comments made about the PM's appearance just depends now on wether he appears to be an idiot or is an idiot if it's the latter then it could be taken as not a full apology Laughing

Gordon Brown, 1 eye - Can't see it myself Mr. Green

I think he meant to say myopic, but knowing that the average Aussie probably wouldn't get it he opted for a simpler word Rolling with laughter

I am sure if we asked Gordon he would probably say that is one of the mildest descriptions he has had.

It's not really his fault about the economy, he was only able to keep one eye on it Whistle

As for people being offended, my father is blind and he wasn't in the least offended as suggested by the RNIB. By highlighting handicaps for every minor thing it only goes to make people more nervous about being around them in case they say something to offend them. It also gets people's defences up and alienates normal people from helping when it is really necessary because they are so Censored off with the PC brigade. You'll notice that not many visually impaired people have made complaints or even Gordon, just lot's of people on their behalf.

As for being Scottish, I think somebody should provide some support for that Rolling with laughter (only kidding JMC Thumbs Up )
