1) I know that S version is on springs and its clearance can't be regulated.
But what is its clearance in cm?
2) What difference between pneumatic and hydraulic versions?

I can help you out! I have a coil spring model, and compared it in stock trim to a normal air sprung model in normal hgt mode and also in off road hgt mode.
Then I fitted a small lift via Peddars Springs, and added those numbers as well. The chart is here: http://blog.nextstepdesigns.com/?p=25
Just this week I replaced the 40mm Peddars Springs for the 65mm HD springs from KingSpring. I have not updated the chart yet, but I think I got about 20mm of additional height for about 55-58mm altogether.
THe HD KingSprings are not as pleasant on the road as the Peddars, they have more bounce to them, wherease the Peddars seemed a bit tighter and better dampended after a bump. But neither set is uncomfortable in anyway.

NW, thanks a lot for your answer!
Especially for your website address with detailed info about lifting.
Actually I try to decide which version S (springs) or SE (pmeumatic) will be better for me. Pneumatic'll be more comfortable, but springs seams to be much safer solution.

A few months ago Land Rover appears to have successfully fixed the software and compressor issues they had with the air suspended models. I have not heard of any problems since the recent patch was distributed.
The air suspension one is more capable off road than the coil spring version. It has significantly more articulation than the coils do. However, if you wish to drive fast on off road conditions, the air suspended version is not going to be good for you.
I reccomend getting the optional rear locker with whatever configuration you choose.
