Interested in this as I have sort of the same but the rear offside wheel. Clicking, or sounds like when the sticker has been left on a brand new tyre

Check your nuts are tight. Then look again for stones or a screw in the tyre.
i had a clicking tyre about 4 weeks ago … then it went quiet so assumed it was a stone.
taking it for repair and removal of two screws this morning.
edit : repairable so only £10 lighter

Check the Handbrake cable hasn't become detached - or more accurately - has the retainer broke.
Mine had and the noise was the cable hitting the wheel weight.

I was asked about a clicking noise on a van last week, turned out to be poorly placed sticky wheel weights hitting the brake caliper! Richard

If all else fails take the brake drum off and check the brake shoe retaining springs, these hold the brake shoe back onto the backplate, when they wear or snap it allows the rotating drum to catch the shoe.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
