Completely unscientific but I thought I would jump in on the fun!

From left to right, top to bottom let's call them 1, 2, 3 and 4.

#2 has the most clear piece of vegetation that presumably should be growing vertically (the grass on the foreground). Based on this, I got an angle which I assumed to be the "error", ie how much the camera had been tilted to exaggerate the angle. If the error was constant, which I assume it was since you don't get a sense that the camera is getting rotated at any point during the actual video, then the same correction should apply to all the other pictures as well, since the guy would just be holding the camera at an angle and panning right to left.

The angle still looks very scary in the beginning shot, which is confirmed by the rolling over shots that we've all seen of other cars attempting the hill. However, by the time the car is next to the camera, the angle is more like 22 degrees, meaning that the hill actually seems to be getting less steep as you go along (can't measure the initial angle since the camera is not next to the car).

Of course I could be completely wrong, but I'm feeling like a bit of a genius at the moment so I'll just bask in it until you all descend upon me Thumbs Up

(by the way, I do realize that I've put the 22 in the wrong place, but changing it is too much work at this point...)

Can't believe no other Saffa has posted in response yet, but that's TiaanS in the clip showing his large caohoonas and rather small frontal cortex-fear-appreciation-adrenaline-sensing particle.
