Wireless headphones for Rosen Drop down DVD player |
|
Hi all,
Can anyone help with a simple explanation of what the headphone options are for the Rosen drop down DVD player in our 06 D3.
I need 4 headphones to work with the DVD player if possible.
I cannot justify the cost for genuine LR replacements so if anyone can recommend decent alternative I would be massively grateful.
I don't think I can listen to Frozen again, so any help appreciated !!!
I have searched the forum, but seem to be going round in circles with different information

Not sure about any other wireless headphones you can use apart from Rosen ones. I have the Rosen ones but the kids tend to use their own plug in ones, could this be an option for you.

Wired....... It's an option (and hugely cheaper I'm guessing), but without going out there now, I cannot remember if there is any headphone socket for the centre seat in row 2.

Or could get a headphone splitter. Only a couple of quid on eBay.

Revisiting this .... 14 months later .... |
|
Was wondering if anyone had any new knowledge on this.
I’ve been looking at these on Amazon and wondering if they would do the job.
The headphones I got with the car are completely unbranded, no ID marks at all, but are 2channel with a volume dial and what appears to be a 3.5mm jack socket.
If anyone has tried these kind of aftermarket head phones, would be great to know
Kind regards
Andy

Hey Mike,
Those look pretty much identical to the ones I have, but I can’t see anything in the item description to suggest any sort of compatibility with anything.
Have you tried these ones?
