Oil pump cover. What is the issue surely not a maintenance item?

Oil pump/housing can shear leaving you with a very sophisticated and slightly over-engineered paperweight that was previously a fully functional 7 seat 4x4. Best practice is to replace it when the 105k/7 year service is done, which includes the belts. Make sure whoever does it is familiar with the job, as it's not unknown for bolts to be over-tightened or missed out completely on reassembly, which also results in you acquiring a paperweight.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
