cold weather affecting sat nav and bluetooth

I have experienced the following problems on my 2015 Disco 4 Luxury SDV6 and wonder if there is a fix that someone out there knows.

Only in cold weather, usually with the frost warning on, boot up of the system on the screen takes a long time. Sat nav functionality is limited and extremely slow to respond to touch screen input. Also bluetooth connectivity to the phone is either skipped or cannot find the phone. Also have found that the visual guidance features and distance and eta to destination are not displayed.

Yesterday when my car had a fair covering of snow, the audio visual was grey'd out on the screen when it finally showed. Also the sat nav was initializing for the entire 40 minute journey.

Once I have driven for a bit and the interior has warmed up, and the car has been left locked for long enough for a full reset, everything boots up fine and all functions as it should.

Anyone else experiencing this?
