complete loss of power and electrics
Hi, My wife's 55 plate D3s suffered a total loss of power the other week on going round a tight left hand bend, the same thing has happened again this evening, causing her to end up on the other side of the round nearly hitting another car. All lights went of the dash and total loss of brakes and power steering !!
Any ideas / clues much appreciated

Deffo check the battery connections first , making sure they are properly pushed onto the battery terminal.
Because the battery posts are coned shaped , all too often the battery leads are not pushed fully down and although the clamp pinch bolt tightens up , it doesn't actually tighten up on the post of the battery causing poor connections.
