Can someone please explain all about roof bars/rails/t-rack? systems ( hope i've written that correctly!
I've bought a base model with just the strips in the roof
Is the guttering under here the 't-rack' system
I bought these Thule bars believing that they would bolt into this gutter rail but when i lift the plastic strips covering the gutters there doesn't seem to be any slots to fix them to?
Help!!!! what am I doing wrong here - do I need roof rails to go with the foot pack in the photo?

yep, the rails bolt into those nuts, then you cut the plastic trim to cover the bit the rails dont cover (its in the fitting instructions. )

I'm not too sure of what "pop rivet" is
But I didn't drill anything when mounting my rails
