Corsica 2008

Hi all,

I've been away for a while due to busy at work, selling house, buying house, preparing the move, but most important going on holiday Smile

3th time Corsica now, it was again super.
From the 12 days on the island only 3 on a camping.
Although it's getting harder for wild-camping.
Next time I go back it will be in March or April.

here 'some' pictures and the route

I love corsica!
There is something slightly unhinged about the place- I love the roadsigns all grafiiti'd with the tete du corse and bullet holes

I was sitting drinking coffee in santa lucia de talano in 1993 when a bomb exploded in a nearby garage sending a small boat into a nearby tree. The locals semed to just shrug and get on with their game of boules.

I've done the GR20 3 times and the mare et monte walk

looks like great trip I'd love to go back with the D3 Thumbs Up

Ps I think they're mouflon not goats. make the same noise when you shag them though Bow down Sheep
