Couple of quick Sat Nav screen Questions

Nothing too serious here, but just wondered whether there was a way of:

1. getting rid of the nanny-state start-up screen which appears every time I start up - "sat nav is distracting etc etc" ie - so it doesn't ever appear again?

2. displaying the landrover logo screen when the sat nav isn't in use?

First you can't do anything about, second, you have an option to turn the screen off. Press the right hard key & it's in the settings menu (IIRC) SCREEN OFF
