Transmission noise

Hi to all

during the last couple of year or so i hear a very light constant "metallic" noise related to the transmission (D3 automatic transmission with 115K miles).
The noise is noticeable when i ride with approx. over 50miles/h and stops for 2-3 seconds when changing gears.
I have no other issues with gearbox. Gears are changing smoothly, no shuddering, however i feel a very very light vibration on the accelerator pedal (almost NOT NOTICEABLE)

Since new, i have carefully "treated" the ZF gearbox as follows:
a) 50K miles - replace 4lt transmission oil
b) 65K miles - replace twice 4lt oils (interval of 10miles)
c) 80K miles - replace LR007474 filter and oils
d) 106K miles - replace 4lt oil

I am planning to replace again the filter (genuine ZF) and oils in the next month or so

Questions are
a) Do you believe that this "metallic" noise (not disturbing though...i can live with this Smile comes from the Torque Converter??
b) Should i use Dr. Tranny (and how much??)or is too early for it yet??

Local workshop had a ride with my Disco and stated "leave it as is yet" but somehow i worry..

Thnk you for your attention

Hi there, ours has had this since we have owned it (5 years and 30000miles) it’s noticeable when there is no load on the box, not under acceleration but not if your foot is not on the pedal if that makes sense.
Ours has done 183000 miles and does suffer from a mild judder sometimes.
