Crankshaft Failure in Remanufactured Engines

Just wondering if there have been any recorded instances of the dreaded crankshaft failure occuring in genuine Land Rover remanufactured SDV6 engines?

Yes, search on here for oval autos, pretty sure they recon them and have seen at least one back failed.

We've never seen a GENUINE LR recon engine fail

We have, however, seen plenty of aftermarket recons fail

Surely engines being remanufactured by LR/Ford are using the new crankshaft that goes into the US Ford F150 3.0TDV6.

Ok not sure I am following those charts but it would seem the crankshaft journals are approx 4mm larger in the F150 over the old crankshaft (approx 69.9mm vs 65.9mm).
