CTEK Panel charger
I started to have issues with starting in the morning after the FHB has been running for 30 minutes so I bought a CTEK 10ah charger and the comfort panel charger. I saw somebody installing it on the side vent but I was to afraid to back up with the charger plug so I installed it in the grill.
The only issue I see with this wonderful gadget is that the light is blinking non stop. I left the car locked for 30 minutes and I came back it was blinking once a second. So 2-3 weeks without driving and charging I am sure the battery will be gone. I guess disconnecting the battery for the holidays or keeping a booster the trunk

It’s a minimal draw. I leave mine wired permanently on the MX-5 and the car started just fine after 6 weeks away.2010 MX-5 2.0 Sport Tech PRHT
