Right, i've been getting miffed about this one for a while so finally got around to getting something done.
Can't see the coffee holder in the dark so this is a simple but effective mod, my electrical knowledge could be written on half a gnats a##e so a big thanks to Simon (all round top chap) at Russell Off Road nr Durham for getting this done.

Does the D4 not have one of those little LEDs in the roof like the D3?

How are they wired, into the lights or 12v switched?

What you really need is a sensor that detects the temp of the beverage and glows accordingly
I'd thought of colour changing, then realised that with the right tunes I'd be just sat there watching them!Paul.

Does it keep your coffee warm? Kind of looks like it should..........
Have to say after running with these for a couple of weeks now it makes things a lot better, not intrusive while driving at night & certainly enough light to see where i'm putting things.
