We all love a good conspiracy. The 2 ~I've heard...
China manufactured the virus and a vaccine simultaneously.
The virus then released, let a few thousand people die to stir up global panic. Stock markets crash, and China ploughs money into overseas stock markets while they are at their lowest point for many, many years
Then they will sell the vaccine to the rest of the world
And
After Greta Thunberg's crusade against climate change, world leaders have "created" this virus as a hoax, to halt climate change. Overseas flights have all but stopped, people are not using cars as much as they were previously etc
Meanwhile, no one is actually dying of "CV19"

Also read somewhere it was developed in the US and released in China to destabilise their economy.

Personally I'm pretty sure the Wuhan Institute for Virology accidentally sent somebody home at the end of their shift with it
Probably more likely than bat eating wierdo's (of which China has plenty) suddenly catching it as a species hopping mutation.

Is there not quite a lot about this in the christians' Bible, both Old and New Testaments. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

It's the only way to get from their northern port at Murmansk to their Black Sea bases. They have to drive round and the Channel is the easiest, obvious route.
