Got a call today from Kris at Hunters Guildford with my new reg number and a confrmed collection date:
1/3/07 at 08:30 
I feel like a 10 yr old at Christmas.
Has anybody had a dealing with Hunters in Guildford, any collection advice would be very welcome. 07 Java Black HSE TDV6

Sales were apathetic when I approached them (was 2 years ago though), Service were next to useless and won't get my business with their attitude like that, Part dept. is good though  The End

I have found Kris to be really helpful, especially when he price matched motorlogix with out there fee included. However the parts dept would not move on pricing other than retail on extras, so I placed an order today with Nick @ Yeovil (very helpful chap). 07 Java Black HSE TDV6

Must agree with above comment - was in their showroom with SWMBO for more than 15 mins and nobody even bothered to speak to us.... 
Therefore my business went to Lancaster in Reading... who also matched internet price  D3 XS Manual - gone

Hunters customer service skills leave a lot to be desired IMHO. If you go in their showroom, which I have done about half a dozen times, nobody EVER asks if they can help and you almost feel they don't want you there. I go back every now and then to satisfy my 'How to be appalling at customer care' curiosity ....I would never buy from them

Its first trip will be to Devon for a long weekend to see family (and to fit all bits I orderd from Nick @ Yeovil LR) but don't tell my GF that 
Looking forward to the my first D3 meet, I'm Birmingham all day so I might be half hour late? Whats the plan, a few beers (or cider in my case) then food. If so what time to your guys plan to eat? 07 Java Black HSE TDV6
