My D3 with a new grille

Hi all,

Here’s my recently acquired Disco with her new grille - a chrome ‘supercharged’ one off eBay - I think I would have preferred black but this was a steal at £36 delivered - ‘new other’ (box had been opened) on an auction... must have been looking at the right time!

I've always thought they are just too blingy for me.

The RRS "Narpy" grill however, is just right and it's colour coded too.

I agree with you re the chrome - I wanted one in black but saw this as an auction about to end and just tried my luck. The vehicle already has chrome wing mirror covers (which I’m unsure how would be removed) and window trim. I don’t know if either of which could be easily removed without damaging things?

Hi,

Ah sorry mate - I just saw it at the last minute and thought I'd place a bid. I fancied a black 3->4 grille (or even a black 'supercharged' one) at some point in the future but grilles aren't really on my priority list at the moment so I was just browsing and thought it was worth it for a bit of a change. At some point I'll flog this on and get something a little less pretentious.

Loving the grill look. I agree though, it would look awesome in Black but you can't knock the price paid. I've got a standard D3 Chrome grill which I'm looking to move on as it's a bit too bling for me.
