So, a year ago today I traded my D3 in for a 320D! At the time it seemed the sensible option after 5 years of enjoyable yet sometimes expensive ownership. Yes the BMW is almost a fifth of cost for tax, tank of diesel is cheeper and goes further and I’ve only had to put tyres on it. But it’s not as practical or versatile, not as much fun, doesn’t put a smile on my face when I drive it and still miss it. Sad I know. Yes I regretted changing it almost by the time I drove home. One day I’ll be back in a 2014+ D4 Black HSE or similar. I’ve been looking for almost a year but no funds at the moment.
Just wondered if anyone has spotted my old D3 reg RJ58HNZ. I traded it in to a private dealer in Chertsey and saw on their website a bloke called Tim from Hampshire brought it in January. Then noticed it wasn’t taxed for a month or so around April so just wondered if anyone on here has it or has seen it.
