Sorry to fetch this subject up again but I could not find what I was looking for doing a search.
I have the original cradle in my D3 (56 Plate) that came with the vehicle, but I can not find which make and model of phone fits the cradle.
I have had a look in the book and it shows you a totally different cradle in the pictures.
What I am after is does anybody know which make and model phone fits the cradle please?

On the back of the cradle there is a Nokia label. On mine is "CR-3". One of the phones that fits this is the Nokia 6230i. Works great.
There were supposed to be other cradles for other models but I've never heard of anyone who has seen one. FHC 500221 is the cradle part number for a speaker assembly, according to the Russian and Italian parts lists I've perused... so this might not be a phone cradle....

Will get a photo tomorrow.
It is located on the lid of the cubby box & the connector on it has an ariel connector in the middle.
Pic tomorrow will help the above make more sence.

Here's a Google Translate link to an online catalogue in Russian. Your part is clearly shown (and the translator is pretty impressive too ):
http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl...GB208GB209
Also carries a "position code" of 19A028A, no idea what this means, but if your bit looks like the Russian catalogue drawing, then at least that's a start...
Might be one for The Large One... ____

Thats the little badger!
The other side has the phone connector on it.
I will give my local dealer a call to see if they can shed any light on it.
Also will take pic of how it looks in the craddle.

All sorted, a quick call to my local Land Rover Dealer, Guy Salmon Coventry, they have advised me that the part I am refering too is the base unit that a cradle would plug into.
So to be able to plug a phone into the PTI kit, I would need to by the cradle for the phone which I want, only certain makes and models can be used and this is where the list that Antoniasdad posted in this thread comes into it.
This cradle then plugs into this base unit & abracadabra, it all works, well hopefully.

Doesn't the LR3/D3 have Bluetooth. I know my 06 HSE does. For that reason I removed the phone att. from the roof.
