Just went through some of my boxes and forgot I had the spare wheel winch
made up a spare wheel disc, ( patent pending )
Thought it better than nothing until I can get a 17 inch metal plate
Cleaned off some of the junk of the internal winder mechanism
So handy and versatile these Dremel's
Think I’ll just store my spare in the boot for now
Know that ATF filler plug is concerning me , if it will come out ok seeing it looks like it’s never been removed , Also think that cable / selector needs a good clean and grease

The windscreen fitters spotted one of the nuts was rusty while replacing the glass today. Took the opportunity to have a new scuttle and wiper arms/blades at the same time.
I have a puller but guess when I remove the rusted nut the arm will stay on the splines.

Hiya
This was the puller I used, however have to put a nut inside the puller because the brass inside of it is too long , or cut it down
Took a slow turn bit by bit and then all of a sudden wiper arms came off the splines
After I finished re spraying my scuttle panel I fitted new wiper arms and stainless steel nuts , flanged type
Will find the exact size if u wish me too
Hope that makes sense

Next few projects will be
Find leak in AC system and fit a new condensor / dryer
Have thought of using the engine vacuum oil extractor to pull a vacuum, seems silly to spend money on an electric vacuum pump
Also have the manifold, will also pressurise the system, bubble test everything and fit new HNBR O rings
Along with replacing the high and low shrieder valves
System is empty anyway , can the. After finding all the leaks etc can eat it professionally regassed and correct amount of PAG oil added
Could kick myself for not remembering about the vacuum oil pump, doh
Then after that replace front brake hoses , will get in with the AC while waiting for brake parts

So spent some time creating a rig to test either by pressure of vacuum
Using the oil extraction for the vacuum
Then for pressure can use the T max tyre compressor or with the foot pump
Installed isolating valve to shut off the oil extractor
Also spent abit of extra time adding the facility of a shrieder valve as this test rig can now be used to find leaks on the suspension , same again either by pressure or vacuum
Little while ago also got the pliers to aid removal of the plastic pipe from the quick release fittings , think they can also be used on the fuel pipe filter
So much good stuff in this thread (and the forum in general ); hopefully there is a picture above this or my question about the aux fuse box won't make much sense.
Is the one you used from a boat? I fitted an aux fusebox for accessories on my bike which was pretty easy given the size and relative simplicity of cable routing, but i'm planning my 2nd battery/split charging installation and it's abit more involving. I liked the look of the one you fitted
Cheers

So tested it with 40 psi, stayed there for an hour , sprayed soapy water everywhere , couldn’t get to the back of the condenser
Tested the low side first , then both together , no drop
Had enough for today so will try it again under a vacuum , but first will strip out the air inlet ducting in order to reach the back of the condensor , really want to prove it’s leaking before removal
Have got a new condensor , but will see how it goes
Low side on test
Low and high on test

Also removed my passenger side headlight as I noticed condensation in it
Looks like there drainage holes on the back to allow a tube to be installed to help prevent the condensation
Thinking of just drilling the 3 x holes and fitting some tubing
