D3 rear brake pads all the same

Quick hopefully simple question, are all D3s born equal, as in are all the rear brake pads the same 2.7 and 4.4?

Thanks again, good old ebay seller, Im currently arguing the toss with him as he seems to think D2 pads will fit a D3 and of course his anme really is Max Whistle

Best of all found out hes local to me, so shall pop down there to sort out refund and meet Max Rolling with laughter
