D3 rear dvd entertainment

We have a 2008 discovery 3 with read entertainment screens.

A few newbie questions I’m afraid.
Is there a separate manual for it and can I download it?
Which headphones should I get? So many on eBay.
Who makes the dvd changer? I need a magazine
