A month ago I have bought D4 (model2013) 3,0 SDV6, SE, 255/55 R 19 Pirelli Ice&Snow.
I was really lucky man when i received keys from the car, because I had to wait for 5 month and I expected comfortable and luxury car. in fact, luxury yes. But comfortable? Day by day my pleasure from the car is smaller and smaller. The car, driving is very tough, hard - I mean unpleasant, uncomfortable. I can feel every bump, even small hole in the road even this car has air suspension and is declared as a comfortable SUV car…
May be it is due to 19" rims and tyres dimension? I do not know.
Do you have any opinion or similar experience?
Thank you very much for any response.

Something is definitely wrong there. You really should not get that ride feel from the D4. I can assure you they really are comfortable with air suspension. Sounds more like a BMW with MSport suspension and runflats (ie what convinced me to switch). Suggest you get it back to the dealer for a check ASAP.

What size rims is your new car DG my 2013 is on goodyear wrangler 255 55 r19. Thought you could only get scorpions on the 20 inch. Or have you put these tyres on yourself.2023 Ineos Grenadier 3.0 Diesel Commercial

The motor came with 19" Wranglers on ...but I have a spare set of old HSE 19" wheels with the Pirelli Ice& Snow winters which I put on Thursday afternoon in preparation for the snow events 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

No, if it's anything like you say there's definitely something wrong - I'd take it to the dealers quickly, (well slowly actually). The D4 should be one of the most comfortable cars you can buy!

Yes, get it checked. My guess is that the solenoid on the cross-link valve is not energising. In this state the spool valve is stuck closed preventing normal movement of air from one side of the axel to the other. In this state you suffer from a very harsh ride and reduced wheel articulation.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Had my 2011 MY into dealers to have hard ride checked out (the VIN no. falls into the band which had problems with Hitachi compressor some time ago). They re-calibrated the suspension? which seemed to improve it slightly. Was running on 20" Stormers until winter then put back on 19" Alloys with Scorpions, had felt the diference in the change but ride was definitely harder than it should have been. Jeff

Presumably you have ruled out the possibility that you are permanently running with suspension in access mode?MY11 D4 SDV6 SE LHD (with remote park heater, heated seats in row 2, heated steering wheel and rear HVAC controls!)
