D4 Fire extinguisher

Has any body fitted a Fire extinguisher in the D4 in front of the passanger seat? Does anybody have any pictures of it in place?

Do I take it nobody has installed the Land Rover fire extinguisher in the D4?

Neil, Do you have a picture of it installed. I've read the instruction but they don't really tell me how it will look once installed. I'm also concerned that there is a difference between the D3 & D4 seats which isn't mentioned in the instructions.

Reading this thread with interest (and the connected one referenced in a post above). Got me wondering , if there is such a short window of opportunity for dealing with an engine bay fire why we don't fit automatic systems such as those that are now available to fit into boat engine compartments:

Anyone tried? Possibly beats popping the bonnet catch to squirt the powder in...

These compartment types are designed to be fitted nozzle down in the middle of a sealed engine compartment so extinguishant covers whole area and is contained. Not sure would work that well in a Disco Mr. Green
