Hi guys, can anyone recommend someone decent for a gearbox flush on my Disco 4 Auto? Anywher near Hertfordshire/Essex/Kent. I'm getting a wee bit of surging going through the gears but more noticeable as the car changes down or when braking, the revs jump up as the car changes down quite noticeably. Another issue, may not be related, as you approach a corner/bend and come off the brake and go plant the accelerator there is no power, as if the gears are confused in what gear to be in. Does this make sense?

I gave ZF uk a ring and they told me my nearest ZF approved workshop who did a flush and filter change, gearbox now much smoother especially changing down and for just over half the price quoted by my local main dealer. Discovery 4 HSE 2010

ZF recommended Evergreen Garage at Crowfield. Speak to Jim or Tony owners of the garage who i feel will look after you.
If you look at their website as I did you will see they are up to date with all the latest technology including diagnostics and 4 wheel alignment.
They did my gearbox flush and a service using all genuine parts and charged as per quotation, I wasn't disappointed and I can be quite fussy when it comes to my Disco .
I will be using them again for servicing and the cam belt change on our Freelander 2. Discovery 4 HSE 2010

Thanks for that, nice and local to me being in Ipswich.
I know Evergreen garage as a mate used to keep the paint work on their recovery truck looking good.
