2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Buckingham Blue

D4 rear exhaust parts not available?

I noticed yesterday that the rear right silencer on my D4 sdv6 (adblue engine) was hanging down below the bumper.
It appears that the weld has failed where the long pipe from the centre box enters the rear box.
I seem to be struggling to find a replacement.
The few parts diagrams I can find suggest that the two rear boxes are separate from the centre box, but mine is a single unit with all three silencers and the two long tubes with no joints.
I'm also surprised there doesn't seem to be any options other than genuine at £300 for each rear box and £50 for the coupling (I'm assuming I'd have to cut my current one to fit the replacement rear box).
Am I missing something?
Normally there are lots of aftermarket exhaust options?
The one on the vehicle is definitely genuine from the markings.

If the exhaust is still in good condition & it's just the weld failed, why not just weld it back together?
The discovery 4's had a habit of this & a weld sorts them

2010 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Auto Bali Blue

When you look at the exhaust there should be a line about a foot from the back box. Marked from the factory for this very reason. This is a cut line. Cut the pipe and fit the new back box.

Thanks Steve, that would make sense, I'll have a look for the line.
Still a bit surprised they're doesn't seem to be any aftermarket exhausts for these?
