What would a D4 XS have to have to tempt a D3 SE owner

ok here is my list of additions a D4 XS would need to meet my spec and tempt me out of my D3 SE...

1. Premium 13 speaker audio.
2. Armrests
3. electric seats.....but not fussed about memory. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Yea, and active rear diff, adaptive xenons, surround cameras, premium nav would all need to be available on the options list for it The End
