In fact, someone recently told me that some garages/ detailers have a special machine that they use to get rid of smells in cars they take in part exchange, apparently they leave this thing on overnight and the next morning the car smells as fresh as a Nun's On a mission to find the perfect Pork Pie. Just Found it (I think)..(Yes I have)

Seriously, SN if all else is not working, I have a small quantity of something under development which I think will work. Not mine, and strictly hush-hush, but I could send you some....

You could try and Spray white distilled vinegar and water solution on the area, and sprinkle on baking soda and let dry then vacuum.
You can also leave a bowl of vinegar on the floor overnight which helps with the smell.

Hi, highbayrack!
Sadly the Unnecessary quote removed was actually quite necessary for me to know if you were referring to MY hooch or someone else's...
Sadly mine is very boring - as toxic as water - alcohol free, but an astonishing cleanser and bug killer
Better luck with the vinegar and bicarb cocktail - if it was that quote you referred to - at least that one will be fizzy!2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods

"Unnecessary quote removed" is used when the user quotes the preceding post in full ...so you should be able to work it out 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Quotes are unnecessary if they are directly below the post which they are quoting in the entirety

I just read that, but it IS 5a.m. and it didn't sink in too well (Mustn't be high - or intelligent - enough to play there...)
But I get it. I think. A UQR only happens when the quoter quotes the immediately previous post. OK. Makes sense.

You're welcome to a small bottle of the hooch, but I'd clean inanimate smelly objects with it rather than consume it 2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods
