Definitive symptoms of transfer box failure

in sure theses something not quite right with my new disco 4, had a disco 3 for years and new one feels like something either front diff gearbox or transfer box is beginning too have a failed bearing.

Not sure its front diff and have done oils on them all(usual swarf in magnetic plugs but oil looked fairly golden), to be fair looked fine but not always definitive,

Is there a way to rule each item out i.e diff transfer box etc.

Its done 150k and looks like some ones been at rear prop bolts and a few around the transfer box?

Also if it is transfer box if the 8 speed one same as 6 speed as theres loads of both on ebay?
