detachable towbar question

Does anyone happen to know if you can buy a rebuild kit consisting of the springs, worm gear and lock bolt etc internally for the detachable towbar?
Tia,
Nick

Hi Phil,
Thanks for the link, I can get the parts - previously watched it to regrease it.
My problem is, when the towbar is in the car it goes on tight no problem but if I kick it left or right, the green cap turns slightly causing the bar to go loose (Rattles).

I borrowed my fathers tow bar and it stays solid 🤔, hence wanting to buy all the internals lol. The rebuild parts in the kit is the ball bearing, Allen bolt, green cap and red back plate. Just wonder whether changing those might help enough?
