Does it work well enough with the removable towbar and can you open the lower tailgate with it tipped down? And if yes to both the above does anyone have one they want to flog! 2006 TDV6 HSE Wrapped Matt Black STOLEN NOT RECOVERED

yes yes and no!!
I have the two rail version with extra third rail but have borrowed a friends 3 rail version fitted with a fourth rail - both tilt far enough out of the way for the lower tail gat to open and don't hit the ground. You have to tilt it to open the top of the tailgate but again, this is easy.
Overall a very good rugged, easy to use bike carrier
I have a max rack too, this is much easier to use if your not towing
cheers

Good quality! Ialso have the optional 4th bike holder. It is a decent rack but little heavy, especially if you feel the weight when you tilt it with 4 bikes on it. But the removable towbar seems to hold it. 2017-...: Disco II Td5 auto, 1999, BAS remap, HD TC and auto box Ashcroft, Allisport IC, ACE, 2" lift only coils, BF goodrich KM2 265/70R17, FF front and rear bumper, TF steering guard and tree sliders, nanocom.

I've got a Thule tow bar rack - not sure which model but I'd be interested in selling it. If you're still interested I'll take a look at the model number tonight.
Mine's a 3 bike rack.
Edited: I've had a look at Thule's site - I'm pretty sure it's this one: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/thule-rideon-3-bik...5360375468. I think I've used it 3 or 4 times since I bought it and don't have a tow bar now so don't need it. 2013 D4 HSE Luxe in Indus Silver
