Which is the correct one to enable remote control for the FBH for a 2010 Disco 4 3.0 HSE?
Thanks,

Honestly ... nothing!!
Same instruction manual https://1drv.ms/b/s!AnHBx4Wc2MJLgpJmYqdJGrbqmnm1qg where I can't see any differences, if not the position of where you can see the receiver (w/ or w/o DVD player).Discovery 5 tdv6 HSE Corris Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

There has to be a significant difference though, because VPLAX0060 costs about £200 while VPLAX0061 is about £550.

I can only assume the hi-line refers to the factory fit remote heater as it has an extra valve to put the heat into the cabin rather than the engine. The none remote factory heater doesn't even though it can be enabled for retro fit remote. I may be a different burn time.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Thanks for your reply.
So what you're saying is that VPLAX0060 only includes the antenna, receiver & remote control, while VPLAX0061 includes all these and the extra pipes and valve?
As I'm only interested in adding remote control to the current functionality, I'll only need VPLAX0060, correct?
Thanks,
Cosmin

No, I don't know the "package" differences, I only noted that the installation manual is the same for both kits

I can only add that mine with factory fit blows warm air onto the windscreen within 2 minutes of the FBH striking up, the fans don't start until the FBH has been running for around 2 minutes( time guessed not measured). After a full run of approx 20 minutes the temperature gauge has not moved, I can only assume the valve opens when the engine is started and allows the hot water into the engine block, this means it may not assist cold starting if the heater plugs fail like the original set up, but hey who cares, I think it's fantastic on a cold morning to open the car door and you are hit with a blast of hot air It can when others can't,
