Different front for D3

Hi all!
While searching for a Discovery 3, I found a 7 seats HSE with a different grille mounted.
Somehow I can't find it in the accessories list of Landrover. Tried the Dutch Ass. Configurator but it isn't there.
What exactly is it? Is it an official Landrover item?

Its not original. Its a nasty stick on bit of stainless steel. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Is it an official Landrover item? - No, it is from an aftermarket supplier called betterware, for some strange reason they listed it under 'cheese graters' Whistle I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.
