Disclaimer at the bottom of the site

Hi,

The disclaimer at the bottom of this site says: "DISCO3.CO.UK is neither connected to nor affiliated with Land Rover or Ford Motor Company". Shouldn't "Ford Motor Company" be Tata or what the exact name of the new owner is. Confused Question
