Disco 3 HSE V8 54 plate 123k miles |
|
Picking up new Disco 4 in a couple of weeks time, and toying with the idea of keeping Disco 3 for a bit of fun, offroading etc
Foregoing a trade-in of £6k, am tempted.
Whatcha reckon?

Keep it. If you can afford to then keep it as you will get about 2 pencils for it.

Agree with above, for what you have been offered you may as well keep it and use it as a weekend toy. Displaced Yorkshireman.

And, if in a couple of months you change your mind, then winter prices will mean someone will bite your hand off for it at £7K+. Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

£6k, if it was a V8 I'd understand, but would have thought a 2004 HSE would have been more around the £8 - £9k on trade in. I'd deffo keep it, at least the D4 will be in warranty so you could use the money your saving in repairs on the D3...
