Disco 4, lower control arms ?

So our FABULOUSLY RELIABLE Disco 4 (unlike our previous Disco 3) which has circa 70k miles, is starting to show a little bit of play over speed humps on the front end which I guess can only be the lower controls arms, if so, which parts do I need guys ?
