What discovery are these 13 pin electrics for?

Can anyone please confirm what model discovery these parts are for? I’m thinking these are just for a d3? Thanks

Based on part number, YMZ500542, D3 MY05 (only)…

I think that’s the “outer” loom, you need an “inner” loom as well. The parts numbers changed from MY06 for both. No idea why.
