I ran a D1 V8 on LPG for 11 years on standard plugs. As recommended by the installers, I increased the gap by 20%. Think they needed changed only once in that time.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

Th standard plugs are iridium tipped which are ideal for lpg a they can stand higher temps than all othr plugs, however the general feeling is that you should consider reducing the gap by 10% to ease the load placed on the ignition system.
Having said that i haven't reduced the gap and i'm 40,000 miles into mine without issue!
