Discovery 3 automatical gearbox leak

Hi. After 5 weeks of driving my new discovery 3 2005 2.7 and passing NCT without any questions and issues. Next day or two later I noticed small drops oil from gearbox. Took splash cover out and took some photos doesn't look serious leak but I'm freaking out. I read all over forum and was expecting TZV500010G Vacuum Control Sleeve but looks clean. Looks like is slowly leaking from sump between plastic case and metal frame of gearbox. All sump looks like was changed recently oil has light brown colour. Will I try to tied bolts more? Any ideas what to do?

Gearbox still leaking. I did wipe oil drops from sump and 4 days later without drive drops of oil are back.

Check the bolts are torqued correctly

may not be tightened up correctly on the sump pan if it was changed recently
 Must stop buying shiny toys....
