Discovery 3 Manual Gearbox Issue

Hi All.
Recently when selecting 2nd gear it is sometimes clunky the oil was changed last month after driving foe a little while there is no issue
Also when starting on an incline there is a slight shudder which i am guessing may be the clutch slipping could the two issues be related?
Your advice is always appreciated
