Hallo all,
Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem before......power loss, Transmission fault, suspension lowering, an 'F' where the selected gear indication is on the dashboard, and coded U0401, U0416, U2023.

U codes are information codes. Have you checked battery and alternator as these vehicles are hungry on power. The other thing is to check the connector behind the battery box as this is known for corrosion.

Thanks, I'll check the voltages later on, I cleared a host of stored codes first time it did it yesterday, old legacy codes I think, car faultered again and these codes were stored.....

battery and charging is fine, no corrosion behind the battery, bone dry in there.....might try the brake switch off my other disco, see what that does.....
