Discovery 4 TDV8

Hi - Does anyone know when Land Rover will bring out the Discovery 4 - with the TDV8 engine.

They have now put it in the Range Rover Sport - and I have a feeling its on its way.

I am thinking about a new Disco 4 - but want the mighty TDV8 lump in it.

The question is when ...... ?
What news ....... does anyone know ?

They won't....... TDV8 is held for the premium priced RRS and is only likely to go in the Disco when it's sales plummet and it reaches near replacement time.... Bodsys Brake Bible

I don't think they will. There is a larger TDV8 coming soon, destined for the FFRR. Maybe that'll let LR drop the current one in the D4 but I don't think so. Disco 5 HSE Lux
