Discrete (non-LR) winch mount?

Has anyone fitted a discrete winch mount - I've seen pics I'm sure - that fits in behind the front bumper - with just the fairlead on the bumper, and even having the numer plate covering the fairlead? very keen to understand how it fits/strength of mounting etc?

Other toys include, Argo Avenger 8x8, Tatra 6x6 Motorhome (Being Built)

- if you were towing the 2t trailer with the D3 - still not too bad a way to spend a day... better than driving a desk!

Where did you gte the winch mount? Fitting details? happy with it?
